Village Job Opening

Our Village is searching for a new Executive Director. Join us in sustaining and growing a thriving and caring community of all ages. Our seven-year old non-profit organization of 650 members, volunteers and supporters reflects a fast-growing national model that addresses the aging of America. Village volunteers offer a wide range of group activities and important personal services (transport, house maintenance, tech training, socializing) to older neighbors. Founded and governed by local leaders, our Village benefits from hard-working Board committees and partnerships with other organizations.

The ideal candidate is a non-profit leader with experience mobilizing volunteers and providing community services.  Success in program planning and evaluation, fundraising and non-profit management are essential.  We require evidence of skill in building relationships with a wide range of people and organizations. Appreciation of the qualities, contributions and needs of older people is a must.

Please send resume and reasons for your interest and suitability to: admin@clevelandwoodleyparkvillage.org. Write “Executive Search” in the subject line
